What Is Neck Pain

Neck pain ranges from mild stiffness to sharp, restricted movement, and often develops gradually from posture and habits rather than a single injury. Because the neck supports the head and houses nerves that supply the shoulders and arms, tightness or joint restriction here can also cause referred pain, tension headaches, or pins and needles in the arms.
Neck Pain

Common Causes / Who Gets It

Prolonged screen use, phone use, and “tech neck” posture
Whiplash from a road traffic collision or fall
Sleeping in an awkward position
Degenerative changes in the neck joints (cervical spondylosis)
Stress and habitual muscle tension across the shoulders and neck

How Chiropractic Care Helps

Assessment of neck posture, joint movement and any arm symptoms
Gentle cervical adjustments and mobilisation to restore movement and reduce joint irritation
Soft tissue release for tight upper trapezius, levator scapulae and suboccipital muscles
Postural correction exercises and ergonomic advice for desk and phone use

I can’t thank Adem enough! He has been treating me for the past year, and I honestly have never felt better or more mobile. His attention to detail, genuine care and extensive knowledge are second to none.

I’m so grateful to have found someone I can completely trust and who always has my best interests at heart. He takes the time to understand what’s going on and never makes you feel rushed. I injured myself pretty badly during a motocross race and was worried about how long I’d be off the bike. I started seeing Adem during my recovery, and he made a massive difference.

He really knows his stuff and took the time to work out what was causing the problems rather than just treating the symptoms. The treatment and advice I got from him helped me get my strength and mobility back, and I always felt like I was in safe hands.

I’m now fully recovered and back on the bike competing again, which I honestly didn’t know when I’d be able to do. I’m really grateful to Adem for helping me get back to doing what I love. Would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with an injury or trying to get back into sport.

I was recommended Adem by a fellow tradesman who had high praises for his care and work. After my initial assessment with Adem, he began treating my issues. I have had chronic pain with back and hip issues for years and I was heading into a disability zone. I was unhappy, worn out and getting progressively worse. Adem had spent his time to listen, explain, assess, diagnose and a plan that has given me back my life. He is a professional and a gentleman. I cannot praise him enough and would recommend his practice to anyone! He is definitely value for money. My family thanks him for his care and effort. He is wonderful in my opinion and I will continue my visits to him as far as I can see. I’m grateful for him.

Kindest regards

I'd been struggling with lower back pain from playing basketball regularly it was affecting my game and my day-to-day mobility. Ansis took the time to properly assess what was going on rather than just treating symptoms, and after a few sessions the difference was night and day. I'm back on the court pain-free. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Ansis has been a huge help in becoming pain-free and allowing me to care for my family. I struggled with middle back pain from carrying my youngest child and breastfeeding in awkward positions. After a couple of sessions, my pain had significantly improved, and after completing my treatment plan, I had no pain whatsoever. He gave me really good advice on how to build a stronger body through exercise and avoid the pain coming back. I feel better than ever! Can't recommend him enough!
