I discovered chiropractic care shortly after my daughter was born, when my wife developed significant back discomfort following childbirth. I saw how chiropractic transformed her life – not only relieving her pain but improving her agility and energy levels. Being active myself, I was intrigued to see what chiropractic could offer me, and the results were profound: I felt more energised, recovered faster after exercise, and became more present in daily life. Driven by this, I earned my Master’s degree in Chiropractic from McTimoney College of Chiropractic. Those six years of intensive education shaped my expertise, equipping me to help others reach optimal wellbeing. Beyond the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and staying active through cycling and running – I’ve completed a triathlon and several half marathons, and I’m now working towards another half marathon and a charity swim.

I injured myself pretty badly during a motocross race and was worried about how long I’d be off the bike. I started seeing Adem during my recovery, and he made a massive difference.

He really knows his stuff and took the time to work out what was causing the problems rather than just treating the symptoms. The treatment and advice I got from him helped me get my strength and mobility back, and I always felt like I was in safe hands.
